Pros
Very smart people at the top if not a bit scattered. No one gets angry and I never saw people getting upset and/or crying. Pretty low drama. Good teamwork. Pretty good salaries and perks. No one seems to abuse their power. Truly collaborative environment. Brainstorming sessions are invigorating and many are involved. Whiteboards are everywhere and ideas are welcomed. Owners very approachable, funny and not holier than thou. Office space and view is amazing. Open floorplan not for everyone but I liked it. Owners very open to ideas from everyone.
Cons
The deadlines are sometimes insane but I grew used to them. If you can't think fast or are frazzled easily, this is not the place for you. Sometimes decisions are not made in a definitive manner and therefore projects drag on further than they have to.
