I started working at Braintrace as an analyst intern with little past experience. I quickly got hands-on experience with a wide array of industry standard security tools and was encouraged to study for certifications during paid shift hours early on. Something that I really appreciate as an employee is that Braintrace recognize and reward the effort you put in, even during work-from-home over the past year. I've grown a lot professionally while working here and look forward to keep growing with Braintrace.

Business has increased substantially over the past year and analysts/engineers have been given more responsibilities as a result. But hiring and training new analysts definitely has been improving coverage recently.

Enterprise tooling, lots of responsibility and growth early on, lunch on fridays, cool software built in-house.

Dysfunctional, toxic work environment, hypocritical middle and senior leadership, questionable business practices.
