Everyone at Braintrace is super friendly and kind. They are always willing to help you out. Every now and then, there is a bad apple in the company, but those people usually don't last very long.
Cons
It is a very competitive work environment for those starting their careers, but those who do make the cut the job can be very rewarding.
Some people won't make the cut. The work environment is fast-paced, and there are many opportunities to learn new skills, but with any other job, that's just part of life.
This is not a place for people who like doing routine and mundane jobs such as stamping documents or doing monkey work. Your intellect will be a challenge, and you will be a push to your limits, but if you are committed to learning new things, doing something greater in your life, and continue to invest in your growth, then there is no better place than here.
