Pros

Since 1979 Charles Hanna challenged the status quo and built an organization that proved viable and provided IT departments with options. The vision for multivendor services came in 1990 and once again Charles Hanna & Brains II achieved success. Brains II continues to be well positioned within this marketplace.

Cons

Working on service consolidation can be challenging. Co-delivering with the support of OEMs can be saturated with uncertainties. OEM's need to capture all revenue regardless of the requirement or the competitiveness of the situation at times hinders success.

Pros

At Brains, we strive to achieve high level of customer service and customer satisfaction to our customers and clients. I have seen first hand how great customer service results in a great reputation and level of trust with our customers. As well, I have found that everyone within Brains is very helpful, and motivating. This has helped me, especially assisting and fulfilling our customer’s needs and expectations.

Cons

As it is a competitive market, it is sometimes hard to gain new and keep existing customers, and sometimes results in lay offs. Unfortunately, there are some past employees have taken this personally, when it isn’t. The job market is very aggressive, and accounts will come and go, that’s the name of the game.

Pros

- Very helpful to achieve your goals and Good company to work for since you do learn a lot - Since BrainsII took over from NexInnovation, have received many positive feedback from CEO and available when needed - i am very confidante that BrainsII will achieve there goal since they do have very strong team

Cons

- Over the years many employees were left own their own and many were let go do to their performance but each of them will have to say good or bad things about the company since they ended losing their job. This is the nature of the human kind so they do ended up saying bad things about the company. - Most People Mess up something Good, By looking for something better just to end up with something worse - Too bad for those who left thinking BrainsII will not succeed.
