      Pros

      The management team is pleasant. Decent benefits (work from home, health insurance, 401k, PTO), good clients.

      Cons

      They don't handle mistakes well. Lack of resources and tools makes it hard to complete a necessary task. They are very hesitant to accept new ideas to help improve processes.

      The company recently improved benefits for US workers. There have been a few hiccups but their commitment to ensuring we are taken care of is clear.

      Cons

      As clients end contracts or reduce their budget I wish there was a better way to offboard people.

      Pros

      Employed by Brainrider for 4+ years and was embedded at Meta. Enjoyed my time and had a great team at Meta. They make sure to communicate with you and have monthly check-ins to see if you need anything or have any concerns.

      Cons

      Salary is somewhat low and they are changing their internal structure so reviews don't happen as they should.
