Pros
- Really knowledgable team mates - Pretty decent technical initiatives - Really good salary and benefits
Cons
When things don't go as planned 40% of the company is fired, and upper and C-level management are untouched. There is zero responsibility and accountability from higher management. If product teams do not deliver sensible products, that is the fault of the engineers working in those teams, and not the upper and product managers who decide on what needs to be done. Due to "teams not delivering" there was a switch where upper management thinks of a product or solution and certain teams execute it without any input. No refinements, no product meetings. "Here is your task, do it". Brainly is currently the death of creative thought. Any kind of input into basically anything, even into technology decisions is not welcome.
