I'm constantly impressed by how collaborative and mission-driven the culture is at Brainly. Management is transparent and accessible and working to keep it that way. This is a great place to grow your skills and grow your career, and as we expand globally, there are more exciting times ahead.
Cons
No real negatives I can think of. If I had to come up with something, I'd say that we have the typical growing pains of high-growth companies, especially ones that are expanding globally, but these are addressed proactively and with the best interest of our community (the students) and our culture (the employees) in mind.
