Pros
They provide food at work, the office is nice, salary okay
Cons
Very large, yet strangely thight community, people are scared to talk to others about work matters or anything, and many parts of the business are illegal. Total exploitation with over the top work, expectations of being available 24/7, discouraging sick leave or vacation time. It's like they think they bought a slave for few thousands and it's now in their ownership so they can move that peron constantly to other offices and even countries, to prove how pathetically Powerful they are. There are monetary rewards for snitching colleagues that are seeking information. The management and few employees that are undercover agents are seeking all your personal information, even of your family, also all your documents. They force you to install apps on your phone, so they can track your phone, IP address, location and access your private data. And that they can contact you 24/7. Also, they force you to carry your laptops home, the camera on the laptop turned on couple of times when I opened it at home without using it. As well, they are inappropriately sexually suggestive in conversations, organizing constant parties with plenty of alcohol, where the goal is to hook up with attractive single female employees. Somehow, most of the people working in the office are very attractive, while remote employees are not. Inappropriate compliments and questions are very frequent from non Russian and Ukrainian people, that are just mostly hostile towards other nationalities. Ukrainian and Russian speakers might be 80% of the company, most of management are Jewish.
