Pros
Some room for growth, if you have the right manager, as well as the opportunity to solve some very interesting problems and work with some very smart people.
Cons
Communication is terrible. There was some effort by leadership to improve this but it still needs quite a bit of work. Also, the company is terrible with money. If they had been better at managing their finances then they wouldn't have had to lay off so many people right before the holidays.
