Used to be a flexible, understanding company. Absolutely enjoyed working there at first. Co-workers used to be encouraging and supportive. Workload used to be equal amongst workers.

Many many changes over the years, feels more physically and psychologically demanding. Change in priority, workplace feels more suffocating where everyone is given different workloads, some more than others. Over the years, priorities changed. It became a focus on how to make the business expand at the expense of the workers, not so much on how to support workers anymore such that happy teachers = happy students.

Nice coworkers. Good company to work in.

The pandemic is the only cause on the cons if there’s any.
