      Pros

      Direction of the company is positive Very competent upper management Exciting tech opportunities Lots of on the job learning and experience Some great people and a lack of toxicity in the work environment

      Cons

      Benefits are lackluster, no bonuses and not very competitive salary Culture is very stiff/old fashioned, yet asks you to treat it like a start up Career progression not very clear, doesn't really have a lot of room for advancement Tech employees are overworked at the whims of the sales team

      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere, management is great and they do a lot for their employees. Everyone feels like a part of the team

      Cons

      It's only been around for a short time. Pay is on the lower end and health benefits are only so-so in the US.

      Pros

      The annual summer event is nice.

      Cons

      The technology doesn't work. Connecting to and writing back to HVAC systems is difficult and we haven't figured out how. This means our clients aren't getting the energy savings they want.
