It was an Amazing culture, flexible schedule.

Pay was quite low almost minimum wage

The environment and culture are great. I love my coworkers and management, and the events held by the company are great and inclusive. The owners of the company care.

The pay is borderline insulting, with not a lot of opportunity for raises. There is also not a lot of room to move up within the company.
