Pros

I worked with Castleford for nearly 5 years and was promoted from the Primary Sales team (Lead Generation) within the first few months of working with them into a Business Development Role. They are a loyal company to work for and reward their staff with regular incentives, the opportunity of promotion and a very achievable bonus structure to work towards. I was offered plenty of opportunity to thrive in this role with regular performance reviews with my manager and training that allowed me to hone my skills and continually work towards a higher pay band.

Cons

This is more on a personal level but the role involved a lot of traveling (face to face role) and I got a bit tired off this as it sucks up a lot of time in your day.

Cons

-Deadlines and client expectations move fast. But if you’re organized, it’s manageable.
