Good experience in a short amount of time - Property Manager Braemore Employee Review

The people in my team, at the same level as me, were amazing. They were the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Management didn’t care about employees. Suggestions and ideas went no where and issues were ignored.

None that I can think of

The board at Lomond have not got a clue how to run a company. They have no idea about honour or trust, they have lost the only good leaders they ever had, they have a misplaced sense of success borne out of previous good luck and they have watched as great brands and people have been slowly broken under their watch. Interestingly, some of them believe themselves to be 'above' the rest - which is strange as many of the Board have less commercial experience than some of the senior management they have binned!
