Best pharma experience I've had - Anonymous employee Braeburn Employee Review

I have worked in this industry for over 30 years and can honestly say that Braeburn is in a field of its own. First in class. The HQ is huge and has an open floor plan well appointed with modern decor and reminders of our company's mission. The work environment is pleasant, fun, and uplifting. Everyone here is nice and has a positive can-do work ethic. The company promotes a safe space where one can voice their opinions as a valued employee and work closely with upper/senior management. The overall compensation package is industry leading and very progressive with fully paid health care benefits, unlimited vacation time (with manager approval), flexible work/life balance, and excellent retirement plans. There are also many other first-in-class "fringe" benefits like in-office lunches Tues-Thurs, juice bar, snacks, top-tier coffee machine, and free gym access in the building.

None that are any different than any other company. Sometimes the commute can be unpredictable.

Get paid well to work with friendly, collaborative, down-to-earth team members accomplishing a deeply meaningful mission. What's not to love?
