Pros
Decent working conditions and mostly nice people to work with. The work-life balance is reasonable and benefits are basic.
Cons
The CEO and Sr. Management team are totally disengaged and the business is drifting. Bad executive decisions continue and the cost of those errors are being dumped on the employees in the form of higher health care premiums, no raises and no bonuses while the executive team reaps huge benefits. Organic & sales growth continues to lag and, while the company once was a market leader, now lags competitors with a stodgy and ineffective management style. Headcount reduction has become more than an annual event and morale is at an all-time low. Talented people, including "C" level employees are leaving in large numbers.
