In addition to a strong focus on technology, innovation and new product development, Brady has robust programs around employee development which include global training programs, strong performance management system and corporate and site new hire orientation programs. The onboarding process has established requirements at the corporate, site and manager level to ensure employees are integrated effectively and transition appropriately to their new roles. As noted, we have a strong bonus structure but also a competitive, comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, benefits, and bonus opportunity.
