      Open culture ! Strong values ! Very dynamic working environment with strong focus on innovation. Good salary conditions. Interesting customers across the globe. Strong emphasis on training and talent building.

      Cons

      Big company and complex product portfolio. Sometimes you might get lost in the complexity of the organisation. There should be more focus on transition to new Markets and new type of Products.
