Talented Individuals in the office

Cons

Upper Management getting the wrong people in places who make wrong decisions. People who care about management appearance rather than worrying people welfares. The uptight bonus system which forces you to segregate equally talented people. Career progression was not there. Prioritized outside people vs promiting their own. Saving money by pushing people to do over the desired number of hours, minimal work life balance
