Pros

Unlimited PTO/sick time, fully remote work, and a generous work from home stipend. The folks I've worked with are generally down-to-earth, talented, and passionate about what they do.

Cons

The CEO has a clear lack of vision, and seems to be driven solely by his ego. Why purchase five different companies, merge them, and then run them all to the ground in just a few years? Low morale and a constant sense of instability because of re-orgs and terrible decisions by leadership. Also, there is a clear lack of accountability or transparency. It is almost impossible to find a career path and move up. And even with so-called promotions, salaries and bonuses are still sub par. Many dedicated and talented employees have left in droves or have been laid off. It feels like a sinking ship. Unfortunately, leadership is doing nothing to boost morale or to turn things around.

Pros

The people are and have always been the engine for Brado's success. Brado is embracing the new and living on insight. I'm excited to see where Brado goes from here.

Cons

Change is hard and navigating that change is always a challenge. Brado always does its best to learn from it's mistakes though.

Pros

Remote, home office stipend. Unlimited PTO

Cons

The company is not well organized. The company plans features poorly. They don’t give you enough information to do your job accurately and then want everything yesterday.
