Brabantia simply were a wonderful company to work for. The management provided training and support. The benefits and staff discounts were great and while they were sometimes stuck in their ways (a lot of people had worked there for a long time), it’s probably one of the reasons the brand has been going over 100 years. I’d recommend both the products and working here to anyone.

Wages are a little lower than market.

Amazing team. Manager allows for a great work life balance. If I ever had an issue it was listened to.

Communication could be better throughout departments.
