Pros
I must preface that I will be reviewing the clinic, not the hospital aspect of my profession.Good benefits- however not "discussed" in timely and clear manner. Facility very appealing , clean and organized. Diversity. Mostly good co-workers. Good Location. Now as I proceed in this discussion I must acknowledge that there are 2 sides to evry story.
Cons
Only competition. Lack of communication, Rigid judgement. Success of an employee was not a goal. Success of an employee should mean success for the company. Situations only looked at from one side. Training for position contained unrelated information and not enough pertinent information. Too many trainers led to vague expectations. Bias. Erratic concern for new emloyees
