      Pros

      Boyer candies is the only US based candy manufacturer demonstrating significant growth over the last decade. Recently has expanded brands offered by saving the Clark candy bar from extinction. Pays above industry standards in an area of high unemployment.

      Cons

      Union shop means senior staff gets away with quite a bit of malarkey. Entitlement mentality poor work ethic.
