Pros
Small, but growing company. Willing to service each customer to the best of their abilities. Involvement in the community.
Cons
Poor management skills, does not want "seasoned" employees, wants kids out of college so they can mold them to their way. Not willing to listen to employees for ideas to help improve any part of the company. Their way or the highway mentality. Low wages for warehouse employees and those employees are looked down upon and not considered part of the team.
