Cons
1. Lack of respect for Managers. 2. Institution is run like a high school. 3. No work life balance. Meetings are held between 5pm & 8pm. 4. Lack of respect for time. Your scheduled interview at 11 am will begin from 2pm. 5. Super micromanagement. All decisions run from one point of communication. Don't expect any autonomy in your role. The MD knows it all. 6. Don't expect any proper onboarding. You should figure your way out. 7. No issuance of work tools. Bring your own because even the existing ones you will be surcharged for past damages. 8. No career development path. 9. You are lucky if you'll be issued with a contract. 10. Lack of respect/professionalism. 11. Forget about bringing your ideas here, they will never be implemented because they are wrong & not aligned with MD.
