The culture at Boxout fosters an environment of caring and mutual respect. Leaders lead by example, managers are invested in helping employees grow and team members support and celebrate each other's wins. Everyone cares about the customer and strives to exceed expectations. Boxout provides many wellness resources including an onsite fitness center, sport court and walking path. They are passionate about giving back, and provide every employee with 16 paid charity hours to volunteer at a charity of their choice. The leadership program and various other employee led committees allow employees to get involved in causes and initiatives that matter to them. All of these things create a sense of belonging and purpose and make the workplace seem more like a community than a job. Great place to work!

It's truly hard to find any. Growth always comes with a set of challenges, but Boxout treats them as opportunities. There's honestly nothing that overshadows the positivity,

Sorry no PRO's. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for!! As you can see they have horrible ratings. Micro managers, horrible HR people. Unrealistic expectations. Manager is AWFUL (of the inside sales team)

If you want a high stress job with unrealistic expectations this is your company. Worst company I have ever worked for!
