Pros

•discounts on product from your favorite movies and tv shows

Cons

•everyone in management was really clique-y and kinda rude to sales associates. I tried to be the neutral party between the two since I was in management, but I liked the sales associate girls better. Management was constantly giving them the jobs nobody else wanted and were just generally unpleasant. •we weren't allowed to let customers know if they had a coupon. If it came up on the screen, we couldn't say anything unless they brought it up first. It just felt weird and scummy? •you had to make a profile for everybody that was making a purchase. Sometimes it was just like 13 year old kids who you legally can't take info from and sometimes it was grandparents getting presents for their grandkids. If they said no, you had to ask if they knew somebody with a profile to put the purchase under which a lot of times they didn't. Since not everybody wanted to make a profile, we had to write down the dollar amount for the transaction we did where they said no and if you hit 10 no's while you were on the register, you got threatened with your hours getting cut cause obviously you weren't trying hard enough.

Pros

Cool customers. Great place to meet new people. Fun work staff. Good discount.

Cons

Unnecessary paperwork that takes up working time (it's honestly turned into a humiliation ritual atp if yk yk). Management with obvious favorites. Resellers can be horrible people and will try to make you the bad guy for doing your job (not all resellers ofc but a good chunk regardless). Crazy unrealistic expectations sometimes. Not everyone wants to sign up for loyalty for many reasons regardless of how many times you ask and try and yet if you miss a few you're the one in trouble.
