Pros
People communicate here and every employee is valued. The culture is undeniably laid back but everyone is motivated to do their job. The managers care about their employees and every employee has a great relationship with their manager. It's a well oiled machine.
Cons
It's growing, FAST and with that comes some growing pains. It's great to be a part of a company that's biggest problem is how to maintain it's growth.
