      Some really smart engineers to learn from. Good office location. People will think you work for BOX rather than BoxUK.

      Cons

      Some people have been there for a long time who bring nothing to the business yet hold senior positions. Poor career progression. Poor salary. CEO not that tech savy

      Pros

      - Fully remote is a real plus for a lot of people - Some very talented and likeable people, one of the main benefits working here - Varied clients and projects, doesn't get boring

      Cons

      - Recent rounds of redundancies have made an unstable culture with a lot of fear around job security - Reluctant to implement changes or invest in new tools which are essential to the job - Career progression seems to be on hold despite so many leavers - A lot of good ideas get thrown about, but it feels like an eternity to see changes actually happen
