Management chronically over-promises and under delivers. Little opportunity for learning or growth unless it translates into greater company earnings immediately AKA the company can directly profit from your professional growth. Management doesn't respect time off or personal life. Also, it's hard to build a company good company culture when management regularly culls and lays off some staff at least once or twice a year.
