Great wages, good benefits, great vacation/paid sick days. Union shop.

Small company, little room for advancement.

Grew personally from the experience and working with many fine people here. Glad its all over.

I saw no vision, no leadership, no commitment, and no sense of urgency, but lots of feel-good empty speeches, cupcakes, and endless meetings. The owners apparently had no confidence in the CEO or senior management. Forget the CEO's review here -- she's already gone to another company. Never been so let down, felt so betrayed and backstabbed before. Can't imagine any future there. Even the old building is literally crumbling from decades of neglect. I saw the warning signs and wont make that mistake again.
