      Generally nice people to work with, and the company did empower us to make guests happy

      Low salaries for high level work. Not keeping up with the cost of living. Long hours.

      The biggest pro is the flexible hours for part time employees.

      The biggest con is they will have to do tasks that aren't in your job description and that you weren't expected to do upon hiring.
