Pros

Bovitz is truly a people-first company, from our executive chairman, Greg Bovitz, whose care for both clients and employees sets the tone, to our new CEO, Dave Sackman, whose passion and ambition are inspiring. The company is in an exciting growth phase, which provides real opportunities for upward mobility and career development. What sets Bovitz apart is that all employees are valued, not just those in leadership roles. Managers advocate for their teams and take a hands-on, supportive leadership approach. The company is fully remote with employees across the U.S., which allows for great flexibility. I feel genuinely valued and heard here, and leadership shows they care about their people. The benefits package is outstanding! 100% employer-paid medical and dental, generous holidays and PTO, bonuses, and employee stipends. Bovitz also has a thoughtful DEI+B program that celebrates the diverse cultures and heritage of employees, creating a sense of belonging. Work/life balance is respected, and I love collaborating with smart, creative colleagues every day.

Cons

As with any company in a growth phase, there can be some growing pains as processes evolve and teams adapt to new opportunities. That said, leadership is transparent and open to feedback, which helps smooth the transitions.

Pros

Even given the challenges all companies face in the remote/virtual era, this is a company that has maintained a very solid and supportive culture, evidenced by how long so many of the employees have been with the company (not just in/out job hoppers, but people who have been there 6, 10, 15+ years). Everyone is talented, caring, and committed to doing great work and the company is upleveling its capabilities and the learning experiences for its people. A great mix of loyal clients that hire the company to take on interesting work.

Cons

Dealing with some "good problems to have" as a result of its healthy position in the market and strong organic growth among both new and existing clients. The company is making efforts to hire and train new people in a variety of roles to support the increase in work that has come our way. The culture and strong, attentitive leadership are helping us thrive.

Pros

We work with smart, dedicated, GOOD people. Everyone is supportive of one another - from those who may report to directly you all they way to the top of senior management. The work is varied, interesting, and challenging in a good way.

Cons

As with any client service job, the pressure to deliver and deliver quickly is always there. While the company strives for work/life balance, it isn't always possible. It is certainly better than other, similar companies have a reputation for. I don't fault management for this though - it's a little bit the nature of being a research supplier.
