You’ll be surrounded by some of the industry best stained glass artists and craftsmen. Relationships - Bovard Studio is a family business and understands the importance of family. This in return builds bonds with your co-workers and management. I believe I have made new relationships there that will last a very long time. Real Artistry and true craft - When an opportunity comes along to be apart of something meaningful and skillful take it. There are not many opportunities to work for a company such as Bovard that will offer such an experience. Development in personal skill is provided. Management is patient, wise and provides guidance and support. This has been my experience and I highly recommend Anyone who has similar values to give Bovard a shot and see if it’s a right fit for you. Wages are fare and decent. Based on my experience, I began at a livable wage to support myself, wife and our three children. Bovard provides full benefits to its employees as well as other company perks such as building your own stained glass windows.

In instances there can be a feeling of becoming a factory worker instead of an artist and craftsman. The vigorous schedule and consistent pace can become taxing. But we must understand that it’s no fault of Bovard Studio as the industry itself is competitive and deadlines must me made. In any Studio a professional Artist deals with the same in order to maintain growth.
