      - a wide variety of exciting development projects in the GTHA - flexible work options - nice office environment

      Cons

      - work long hours that aren’t always predictable - nepotism - harsh criticism from Partners that’s not always constructive and can be personal

      Pros

      Nice office, projects are across GTA and are quite prominent. Compensation on the higher end.

      Cons

      Lack of support and training. Feedback feels destructive and disrespectful (almost like bullying), poor workload management and communication of responsibilities. No work-life balance.
