There were some good folks who worked there at the time, and I liked my coworkers.
Cons
Profound management problems. My first manager was great, but left the company 5 months into the job. It didn't take me long to figure out why, as I ended up reporting to the same exec my first boss worked for. The exec was a total nightmare. She thought she was Steve Jobs. Ever played the bring me a rock game? Control freak, thought she was a visionary, sucked at communication, and she was nasty. I attempted to address the issues with HR, but that was a waste of time, as the exec was exempt from the rules I guess. Easily the worst job I've ever had in my life, and that includes working at restaurants, and other menial service jobs. Fortunately, I got out before I was shitcanned, and before the company hit the skids. I wasted no time in looking for other work as soon as I started working for the she-creep.
