Pros
Great place to learn and grow your skill set. Other people on the team are incredibly talented. Working from home is definitely a nice perk.
Cons
Working from home is great, but sometimes there is a bit of miscommunication/communication breakdown, because everyone is spread out sometimes messages don't get to the right people.
