Pros

Excellent culture. I had no idea how important culture was until I left and started working somewhere else. They make it a point to have fun whether it is happy hours, holiday parties, south by Sweden party on the patio, startup Olympics, or just a potluck in the office. It is very easy to make friends there. You can walk two blocks during lunch and work out at Gold's. They offer a discounted membership. Flexibility to work from home as needed.

Cons

Sales support is an extremely frustrating position. Some of the sales reps don't treat their support people well. You work with the reps every day but it is rare you meet them in person so it isn't always easy to form a good relationship. There is a high turnover in this department - probably due to pay and the amount of stress that comes with the job. They try to have helpers available when the work load is crazy and people are out, but unfortunately some people take advantage of this and use it to slack off. I never knew where I stood with management. Our yearly reviews didn't give much feedback at all. I didn't know if they thought I was doing well or if there were any areas that needed improvement.

Pros

There are a lot of great people at Boundless.

Cons

Leadership is terrible, their system is terrible, they do not offer support, you have to go out and find it yourself and train the people you hire. Meetings are sparse and you feel alone on an island. The CEO illegally held my commission after I left to work for a new company.
