Don't Work Here - Anonymous employee Boundless Employee Review

Everything else. There is no work life balance. They assume that if you work from home, you can do double your workload without pay. The upper management does not care about corporate employees. They implemented a new system last year that failed and now are trying to do a new one that they are rushing and will also probably fail. The sales team is horrible to internal employees and nothing ever happens. People get promoted based on favoritism. I'm not sure how this company wins Best Place to work awards every year because it is NOT.
