      Great coworkers, that's about it

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Leadership allows sales representatives to demean and undermine on a daily basis, no repercussions. Lack of communication within departments. Failed ERP systems paved the way for pathetic raises. Promises were never met. Hard to advance. Benefits are outrageously expensive yet they tout they have great packages. Continues to add more and more to everyone's workload, yet fails to give raises or show any appreciation.

      There are a lot of great people at Boundless.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible, their system is terrible, they do not offer support, you have to go out and find it yourself and train the people you hire. Meetings are sparse and you feel alone on an island. The CEO illegally held my commission after I left to work for a new company.
