The company's core values of Leadership, Honesty, and Service were noticeably absent during my time at Bound Tree Medical when 5 months in they changed leadership roles. Despite leaving a long-standing position to join the team remotely, of which my hiring VP was extremly great and I was excited to work under him; unfortunately my trust in the leadership quickly eroded. The newly appointed AVP lacked essential leadership qualities, displayed a self-serving attitude, and created a toxic work environment that led to self-doubt among team members. I found myself constantly micromanaged and faced with repercussions if I didn't comply with unreasonable demands. Despite raising concerns with HR multiple times, I received no support or resolution. The lack of transparency and integrity became glaringly evident when I was abruptly let go without a valid reason, despite having no performance issues or warnings. The disregard for honesty and fairness in this decision was disheartening, especially after making a significant career move and performing well in my role. The company's commitment to excellence in service also fell short in my experience, with delays in responses and uncooperative departments hindering customer satisfaction. The frustration of facing obstacles in resolving issues promptly impacted not only my job but also my teams ability to deliver results and earn compensation.
