      Misleading role/ scam - Graduate Trainee Bounce Promotions Employee Review

      Pros

      -Seemingly friendly staff who try and make the role seem interesting to naive grads, desperate to get into the world of work. Very sneaky

      Cons

      - COMMISSION ONLY. -I was offered a base salary in my first month but, following that, I was not even offered compensation to cover the cost of travel -Door to door sales, expected to be on your feet in rough neighbourhoods for 9-10 hours of the day -Expected to travel into the office for a 10 minute morning chat and then an hours journey to an obscure location for the door to door sales...and then back into the office at the end of the day for another 5-minute chat -Expected to work 10 hour days,

      people were nice, good location,doesn't make up for all the negatives

      -THEY DO NOT PAY YOU FOR THE FIRST 4-8 MONTHS. -all new hires start out on a commission salary (what they are selling is not easily sold) -Not a real startup like they present themselves as, just a branch off of a larger pyramid scheme of sales teams -Not given a personal space (desk) -expected to stand for a 12 hour day, -no bathroom inside of office, -was not any kind of marketing position like they advertise, it was a street sales job nothing more, -cult like company culture (group promotions that you are expected to attend on a Saturday morning gave off Charlie Mason family vibes),
