Not many cons, overall great place to work

Good quality leads to call. Cheap and flexible pricing. Time off is never an issue. No income tax. ALL pay is under the table.

Poorly Rated Company due to Poor Service and use of non-reputable agents. Lowest pay in the industry. Commission checks are mostly never accurate and always lower than expected. Constant threats of being let go. No real employment contract or even 1099 and zero benefits. 60 hour work weeks required.
