      Flexible with scheduling, the company offers a lot of benefits for their employees, incentives, and there’s also plenty of opportunities for growth. Boucher is the type of company that loves promoting within. A lot of the higher ups loves investing their time in team members which creates a positive impact on the company culture

      Cons

      The sun, the physical labor at times can be taxing on the body, getting wet in the rain at times
