Pros
The culture is the biggest pro of working for Bouchard. I know that everyone in the organization from top to bottom not only wants me to succeed, but will do everything in their power to facilitate my success. I have been at Bouchard for a little over a year now and I intend to stay for life. Bouchard is more than my job, it's a part of who I am.

IT software is not as user friendly as one would expect from a company this size.
