Great Company Culture - Manager Bouchard Insurance Employee Review

I've felt at home from the day I walked in the doors at Bouchard. Leadership makes me feel comfortable to share ideas. My co-workers are supportive and friendly. The company culture is fun and engaging. And I feel that even though I'm in a smaller department, my manager is very supportive of me continuing to grow my career within the company. I'm so glad I've found a home at Bouchard and I would highly recommend this company to others.
