Pros

Charity works, running schemes and benefits.

Cons

HR team is horrible, I am not even sure what they do but they only help with sacking and hiring. Don't even feel the need to speak to the candidate. They need educating. Also, an environment is not great, too much talk behind the back of the team. too low salary, management is not professional and all English, they have a policy that stays away from foreigner employees.
