      Great students in the program

      Cons

      Difficult to meet KPI goals because students may not want to meet with you. Very little training to support with the range of issues. Horrible management. Ripe with racism

      healthcare is good, dental and vision are decent offers benefits like a wellness reimbursement and professional development funds, as well as a work from home stipend

      Cons

      very limited position mobility as an advisor, if you want to make any more significant money here you need to work to leave the advisor role
