6yWe're very sorry that you experienced "terrible tippers" out in McLean. Unfortunately, that's completely out of our control as an employer. We're also sorry you feel that our tip out is high, but we think it's vital to take care of each other. Our support staff helps ensure our FOH employees are able to perform at a high level and in turn we think it's best that they are able to share in the success. We don't think 3.5% of total sales to support (busser/food runner) and 3.5% of liquor sales to the bartender is too high, we feel it's appropriate. We are always open to feedback, however, and always share it with our management team. So thank you for providing it! We're always looking for ways we may be able to improve. Best of luck to you!
