Pros

Supportive team culture overall and a genuinely positive experience compared to what I expected after reading some online reviews before joining. HR was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my experience. The company has an innovative product that creates real interest with customers, and there’s solid collaboration across teams when needed. Good environment for someone who likes fast-paced sales and outbound prospecting.

Cons

The sales role is definitely a true hunter position, so candidates should know that going in. High daily activity expectations, heavy outbound calling, and consistent prospecting are a major part of the role. It’s not an inbound or relationship-management type of sales environment, so it may not be the right fit for everyone.

Pros

Great organization, very forward thinking and technologically driven with reliable equipment, and best in class customer service. Everybody wants to win and the entire organization will work to make everyone successful.

Cons

Very high paced, fast moving environment where you are the master of your own universe. Some folks like guardrails and metrics, this is not that place. You dictate your worth and prove yourself everyday with every phone call, email, demo, and unit sold.

Pros

The people on the team were good and the location wasn't terrible.

Cons

They told me during interviews there'd be a structured onboarding program and weekly coaching, but for the first three months I was basically thrown at the deep end watching random old recordings and hoping something stuck. Nobody had time to actually help, and when I asked about the promised training plan they just kind of shrugged and said it was on the roadmap. The commission structure they outlined never happened either — I spent six months chasing deals they promised would be easy closes with existing relationships, but there were no existing relationships, just empty promise and vague targets. Every single thing they sold me on during those interviews either got deprioritized or never existed in the first place. It felt like they were reading a script they didn't believe in.
